Wow, I can't believe that it has been almost 3 weeks since I last went blog hopping and snooping. Well, my beach vacation is over and it really makes me sad. My craft show went really well, I so quite a few sets of note cards and Christmas cards. I made some contacts and got some orders for several individual cards which I have delivered all except one. All in all I have had a really great time, but I sure missed you ladies. I am going to keep this post short. So, if anyone out there reading this doesn't have a clue as to why I am telling you all of this. YOu should go over to The Stamping Ground where our lovely hostess Julia Dunnit is waiting to lead you on a trip around the world. If you would like to get a look at what others are doing and find some really creative souls, you are headed to the right place. I love this trip and I have truly missed it.
I lighting in this space was really bad and though I was not very happy with these photos, it is all there is. This is me standing beside the table displaying some of my cards. The table behind me had lots of Christmas decorations and jewelry for sale. I was the only one with cards for sale. But, there were lots of other goodies.
A better shot of the table. I had a really good time for the two days and I was asked to do it again next year. So, I will be getting started early and will be able to have a little more variety in my paper crafts. I had some of my mini albums on display and they got a lot of interest. I have to people that want me to make albums for them. I will be contacting the first person tomorrow. Wish me luck.
So there is not much going on at my desk this week, so that is it for me. I just wanted to get back into the swing of things. Now, I am off to snoop around and see what I have missed.

The table looks fantastic!! You make such fabulous things! I was thinking of going to a craft sale this week end, but they wanted soooo much for the table, you know, to stage the cards, I'd have to sell trillions just to get my money back and make no profit! But I guess it would be fun...Will be dog sitting for ages so I guess next weeks woyww will have a dog in it!! Happy wOyWw

Lyn, I was really lucky. I did not have to pay anything and then only make a donation to the ladies auxillary of the Church. When I went to give my donation on Sunday afternoon, The lady who organized the whole thing would not even accept what I wanted to give her. She said it was to much and then asked me to come back next year.
DeleteSo glad the craft show went so well, Joynana - you certainly have made a lot of cards and goodies. The table looks great!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your lovely comment. My hubby is feeling a lot better today, thank you, and I am sure he will be 100 percent tomorrow. He managed his dinner with no problem tonight!
Glad you like my latest zentangle. If you look at the previous post you can see lots of links to Sandy Hunter's blog - I've had great fun exploring it - she's brilliant at mixing different patterns, and I'm really enjoying the challenge and seeing what comes up!

ReplyDeleteSo glad it turned out well. Those note card sets you made were pretty pretty...I remember that post.
ReplyDeleteYour table looks great but I think it is so hard to arrange on a round table. Can you prebook your spot for next year and end up with a rectangle? Or did you like the round one?
Thanks for visiting me earlier! #38 Scrappymo!
