It is still Thanksgiving day, I have not eaten yet but, I have finished my second card for the day. This time it is Tilda, I have her sitting on a log in the forest.
This card covers 3 challenges. The first will be for The Copic Colour challenge. The challenge was to use 3 specific colors The colors were G99 Olive, E29 Burnt umber and Yr16 apricot. And if you did not have these colors the ones closest to them. Well I don't have the apricot or the olive. I looked at the Hobby Lobby yesterday which is the only store in my town that carries the Copic markers. So instead I used a combination of colors. For the dress which I colored green, I used Y91, G28 and G21 and blended. For the apricot I used R28 and R02 and then put Spica peach on top. (What color is apricot? I thought it was a pinky orange) but I could be wrong. For her hair I used E25 and E31. Skin is E31 and E33. On the log first was the E29, E21 and E37 and a lot of blending but I really like the effect I colored and cut to logs and used small pop dots to make it look more like a log. I hope this works. And let'ss not forget the birds, they were colored with E31 and Y21. I used small pop dots to adhere them and to give them dimension. For Tilda I used 2 large pop dots to make her stand out. The trees were cut on my Cricut from the camping cartridge and grass was cut with on my Cuttlebug.
The second challenge was for the Pixie Cottage and it was to use stitching either real or pretend, I used both. Under the log I used a needle and thread and stitched some green grass. Along the edge of the card I made the look of stitches with a Copic marker.
The third challenge was for Follow your Heart and the challenge was to used buttons. Thats all, just to use buttons. So the top of the card has some of my favorite metal buttons.
I hope you enjoy my Tilda, I really had a great time making this card. Please leave your comments and let me know what you think.

She's a cutie! Great take on the challenge. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Cami
