TIME FOR SOME BLOG CANDY

Good morning, sorry it has taken so long to get this posted, but I could not make up my mind what to add to the goodies. As you know I will soon be having my 2nd Anniversary as a blogger and I wanted to celebrate that milestone with my wonderful followers and friends. I also have decided to give away 2 prizes and I will be showing one of them today and will add the second one in 2 weeks (I still have to put it together). When I started blogging I was not sure that it was what I wanted to do, but I had a friend who kept telling me I could do it, well I tried and over time I came to love showing off my art to so many wonderful people. I have made lots of new friends and learned so many new things in the last two years that I know I will be doing this for a long time to come. I started out scrapbooking which lead to me making cards (people like my cards and request that I make them). And now I have tried other art forms such as mixed media art. I have altered dominoes, which I really enjoy. I started an art journal and have tried water color painting and used acrylic paints to alter wooden letters and frames. One of the things that I really enjoy making and I will be posting some of them soon is ATC (artist trading cards) I really love making them, they are small but such a way to show off your art. Some of these things I will keep doing and some I won't. But, before I started blogging I never would have even tried them. And now I am more willing to explore other art forms. I am also trying my hand at the DARK ARTs, although I find that I like the magical and mystical side better. OK enough talk. For every contest there have to be rules.
