Good morning, it seems so long since I have posted a project and I did not realize how much I had missed it until this morning. It is not that I have not been creating, it is just that I have not had much computer time. Life has been very hectic these past few weeks. Work is crazy and there is just so much going on around here. My children and granddaughters will be getting in on Sunday for a Christmas visit. I am really happy about this because it has been several years since we were together at Christmas. We will also be visiting with my sisters and their families, so that is also a thing to be happy about. A mini family reunion. That means lots of pictures to scrapbook.
Before I get to my project I just wanted to remind everyone that I still have blog candy and that it will be coming to an end on the 31st of December. I want to start the New Year off fresh. There are 2 prizes now and the first is still the Tim Holtz package and the second is a surprise just because I have not had time to take a picture of it. You can get to the blog candy post from my side bar. So come on and join us for the fun.
Now, my card. This one I have kept really simple and white.
I embossed with the Tim Holtz Christmas embossing folder from 2010. The card stock is just some scraps from the scrap folder. The snow flakes were stamped with a $1 stamp and I am not sure where it came from, found it in the bottom of a box I was sorting out. I fussy cut it out used stickles, adhered it to some glitter paper and then cut it out again. and there you have a very simple card. But, I really like it a lot. I have found that to keep postage to a minimum, you have to keep the cards simple. I send out as many as 60 cards a year. That is a lot of postage. That is it for this card. I would like to wish everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR.
