Raining Cats and Dogs

Good morning fellow bloggers, It is Thursday and I finally have something else to post. I have been working on this card since the weekend. But, unfortunately I have been low on energy and not getting much crafting done. It is finished and since you know me, you know that this card will fit into several challenges. The first is over at Sophisticats Challenge Blog the challenge was "Raining Cats and Dogs" and it also will run for 2 weeks this time. This is the only way I made the posting. Up next is a challenge at Allsorts Challenge Blog the challenge was to use no DP. This is the firts time I have entered a challenge here. Next is over at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge the challenge is "Sugar and Spice and everything nice." Now, on to the Raise the Bar Challenge the challenge is April Showers. The sketch is from Paper Take Weekly.
I flipped the sketch around a bit. but, I think that it will work. My image is from Elizabeth Bell and I don't know what it is called. But, it is one that I really like and have been waiting for an occasion to use it. It was colored with my copics and the embossing was done on my Cuttlebug with the swirls folder and then there are the swiss dots. I used stickles for my rain and cloud. The cloud with rain is a Magnolia Stamp which I bought at the Magnolia-licious Online Store the best place for getting your Magnolia stamps. The papers are from my stash and the sentiment I wrote on my computer. I distressed the edges of the sentiment and image with distress ink.

Well, here is my card. And even though I have been up since 3:30 am. It is now getting close to time for work. So I need to bring this to an end.

I would love to here from you.  My picture came out really dark and you can not see the embossing on the dark purple paper. Sorry, but it is still dark outside and my lighting in this room is not the best.
