Hey everyone, it is that time again. Wednesday and time to get nosey and take on the worlds biggest blog hop. Don't have a clue what I am talking about, well go on over to the Stamping Ground for a visit with our wonderful hostess and check it out. It is a time to go around and take a peek at what other crafters are working on and you might just get some ideas for that next wonderful project. My to do list has gotten very long since I have been visiting Julia's blog. But, this week is extra special because it is the 3rd anniversary for WOYWW and there is going to be an ATC swap. So everyone has been working on their ATCs and all you have to do is leave an asterick *** after your name and the person that you send one yours to is the next person on the list with an asterick*. The person right before you will send you one. And if you have made some special friends you can swap with others. So don't forget to contact that person that comes after you and get their mail address and drop one of your ATCs in the mail to them. So much fun making mine and I can't wait to see what I get in return. Now on to my desk for the week.
This week there is lots going on. I have started picking my papers for my travel journal scrapbook for that trip that my daughter and I are hoping to take to Italy in the near future. I don't want to jinx it. But that is one of my dream trips and we are working on it. So I thought it would be fun to do a different type of scrapbook. I have lots of cards to get done. you can see the one I have started to color under the journal papers and if you look there right above the purple card and paper you can get a glimpse of my ATC. I haven't made a lot of ATCs in the past, but I have done a couple of series. I hope that whoever gets mine likes it.
Just a closer look at my papers and the ATC. So go on by and pay Julia a visit and join in the fun.

ReplyDeleteI too dream of going to Italy. My mom lived there for a while and spoke of it of often. I am even trying to learn Italian (again at a slow rate!) I do declare a pattern here!

ReplyDeleteYes you most certainly do get my ATC but I'm not sure if that will be a good thing or not...I haven't done any in a long time so a little out of practice!
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to get them finished off and posted out by saturday! Just haven't had as much time to myself as I would have liked this week, *sighs* Too many lawyers appointments and other 'legal stuff' to deal with!

I was going to say, I'd called in before but couldn't see your picture but I was sure your ATC were fabulous. I chickened out of the WOYWW swap but have since made a few, very pleased that people have asked to swap them, so I'm making more!! Have a great crafty week!!
