Good morning or evening depending on where you are at this time. I am in the deep south in the US and I have to tell you that the temperture has dropped, the weather man is talking freezing tonight. That is just so hard to believe. But, that is not why we are here. We are here to be nosey and snoop around the world. The way to do that is to visit Mrs. Julia Dunnit at the Stamping Ground and check out some of the wonderful artist in the list you will find there. I love visiting the ladies and gentlemen and seeing what everyone is working on. Since I was off for 4 days enjoying the holiday and crafting there isn't much going on on my desk at the moment. I made several cards, starting making some gift card holders for the granddaughters who will be visiting me this year. and I started on a mini mini album (trying to come up with some ideas for Christmas gifts for several co-workers. So I am not going to show those just yet. They all visit my blog pretty regular.
So right now this is what is going on. My smash book is waiting for me to finish several pages, one is a picture of the ATC's I received in the swap at WOYWW and all of the lovely notes that came with them. I am also going to add a photo of the ones that I sent off in the swap. There are several other pages under that one that need to be glued down. In the background you can almost make out the Christmas tickets that I have been working on, I got a new set of Vintage Christmas ticket stamps a few days ago and I stamped some out and colored them to use on the gift card holders that I am making for the granddaughters. That composition note book is what I write all of the directions and notes on the projects that I make. To the right of the smash book is the prototype of the mini album I am working on. It is small, but will hold quite a few photos once I add all of the pockets and tags. Behind the ATG gun is a thankful card that I made for several challenges. You can see it in the post 2 down from this one. Well, that is it for now. I can't wait to get started on my snoop.

Hey girl! How are you? I wish you could have spent the holiday with me instead of alone. We could have crafted and then eaten some food. I hope you had a nice time nonetheless.
ReplyDeleteI am loving your Smash album. I like the idea of taking pictures of the ATCs to include in the page. Nice.
Oh do share your mini album when you complete it. I can't wait to see it. I hope you are well and if you find time, pop on over to my blog.

You sound very busy there. Handmade presents are always so much appreciated aren't they.
ReplyDeleteYour smash book looks great. I love the idea of recording all the ATC's from the swap.
Happy WOYWW

Hey Joynana,
ReplyDeleteJust ran into Smash Books recently at a Show. Bought one for a little person in the family for Christmas.
Good to see you back again, and have enjoyed having a little snoop around your desk and your blog. Enjoy the week, and the weekend - we're nearly there.
It's hot here today with max temperature about 39C. In Mildura in the northern most corner of the State of Victoria, they broke the November record since early 1800's with 46C. The washing dried in a flash!
Miles of smiles to you,
